Zhang Shang Expressway is an expressway from Zhangbei County to Shangyi County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Construction of the expressway began in 2019 and was completed and put into operation at the end of 2020. 
On July 31, 2022, Zhang Shang (Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City to Shangyi County) Expressway was officially opened to traffic.

Zhangbei-Shangyi Expressway project is responsible for the construction of Zhangjiakou City, the project construction management unit for Zhangjiakou Tongtai Expressway Investment Co.   The total length of the route is 72.3 kilometers, with an estimated total investment of 5.776 billion yuan. The main line with two-way four-lane expressway standard construction, roadbed width of 26 meters, the design speed of 100 km / h. East from Zhangbei County, and Zhang Shi Expressway connection, west to the border of Hebei and Mongolia, and Inner Mongolia Junxing Expressway connection.
