1. Scenario

City ITS must bring ANPR, signals, VMS, and O&M subnets into the command center and uplink to upper platforms.

2. Challenges

Large L2 domains raise blast radius; inter-area routing/ACL is complex; 10G-class core bandwidth is needed.

3. Architecture

Deploy PH-4M32P-M L3 core (4×10G + GE fiber/copper/Combo); 24GE rack switches at aggregation; intersection rings uplink into aggregation.
